CUSTOM COLD WATER & INTRO TO FREEDIVING

The  course consists of a classroom and pool session (Wednesday September 6th, 11:00AM) and an open water session (Thursday September 7th, time and location TBD). For the pool work you will need a wetsuit and a mask - we will focus on breathholds.

For the open water portion you will need need appropriate gear (wetsuit with hood, neoprene socks and gloves, mask, snorkel, fins, weight-belt) which can be rented from Ocean Quest Dive Centre (Burnaby), Sea Dragon Dive Ctr (Horseshoe Bay) or Diving Sports (Main Street - Vancouver).
