Intro to cold water swimming - Online Discussion

As water temperatures drop, and we see more and more people enjoying the beauty of the ocean throughout the winter, we want to share some hard won knowledge about the practice of cold water swimming.

On December 1st Roberta hosted an online discussion about the risks and safety requirements of cold water swimming, and how to begin or develop your own practice. We have recorded the conversation to make available for viewing - we will send you the link to the recording upon registration.
