COLD WATER & BREATH HOLD FOR STUNT PERFORMERS & SAFETY DIVERS
This workshop combines the AIDA 1 Freediving course with information about cold water safety and tips and tricks for performing on camera, no prerequisite course is required.
The upcoming March course consists of a 3-hour online classroom session (Sunday March 12th, 9:AM to 12:00PM) and 4-hour pool session (Saturday March 18th, 8:30AM to 12:30PM) at West Vancouver Aquatic Centre. You will need appropriate gear (pool wetsuit, mask, snorkel, fins, weightbelt) which can be rented from several locations - we will provide info upon registration.
Please note that if you are interested in freediving deeper than 10m or participate in further freediving activities with Oceanoid in open water, a minimum of an AIDA2 certification is required.
