Freedive Instruction and Coaching

We have been freediving for more than 20 years and instructing for the past 8 years. We feel fortunate to have played a big part in developing the BC freediving community and we have trained many freedivers over the years, including several who are now instructors! As the community has developed we are now re-focusing on advanced training and coaching.

We will not be running regular AIDA 1 or AIDA 2 courses, but there may be an occasion that we're able to put a course together so if you're interested in getting on a waiting list please call us.
