This workshop combines the AIDA 1 Freediving course with information about cold water safety and tips and tricks for performing on camera, no prerequisite course is required. Price of $450 includes AIDA manual, 1 online classroom session, and 1 pool session:

February 12 (Wednesday) 6PM-9PM Classroom session via Zoom (class will be recorded for those unavailable to attend)
February 15 (Saturday) 8:30AM-12:30PM Pool Session at Templeton Pool

You will need appropriate gear (pool wetsuit, mask, snorkel, fins, weightbelt) which can be rented from several locations - we will provide info upon registration.

Please note that if you are interested in freediving deeper than 10m or participate in further freediving activities with Oceanoid in open water, a minimum of an AIDA2 certification is required.
