2023 Howe Deep AIDA Freediving Depth Competition

Our annual depth competition will be held August 19th and 20th 2023 at Ansell Point in West Vancouver. This is the highlight of our summer and we can't wait to host this competition for the sixth year in a row! 

The schedule is as follows:

• August 10th - Official Training Day 1 (Thursday Afternoon/Evening)
• August 12th - Official Training Day 2 (Saturday)
• August 18th - Official Briefing (Friday Evening at Diving Sports)
• August 19th - Competition Day 1 (Saturday)
• August 20th - Competition Day 2 (Sunday)

Competitors have the option of signing up for one or both competition days, and we will also be holding two official training days to allow competitors to familiarize themselves with the competition environment. Please choose the days you would like to register for by clicking the dropdown menu on the left. 

And of course no competition can run without plenty of volunteers. Anybody interested in volunteering and having a front-row seat for the action please contact us!

PLEASE NOTE: Competitors must have a valid freediving certification

PLEASE HAVE YOUR MEDICAL FORM SIGNED BY A DOCTOR AND SUBMITTED TO US EARLY! This is a competition regulation that we cannot circumvent. If your medical form has not been signed we cannot allow you to compete. This form can be used for one year at any AIDA competition.
